The short version: Every Nook Pro purchase is covered by a 14-day, no-questions-asked money-back guarantee. Cancel a subscription anytime to stop future charges - no refund request needed for that part.

1. 14-day money-back guarantee

If Nook Pro isn't right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase or renewal date - no reason required, no forms to fill out beyond a quick email. This applies to your first purchase and to any subsequent renewal charge.

3. How to request a refund

  • Email hello@nooktab.com from the address you purchased with, including your order or subscription ID if you have it.
  • We reply within 1-2 business days and process approved refunds immediately.
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

4. Cancelling vs. refunding

Cancelling your subscription simply stops future renewals - your Pro access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and no refund is issued for that remaining time unless it falls within the 14-day window above. You can cancel anytime from your account billing settings or by emailing us.

5. Store and processor purchases

If you purchased through the Chrome Web Store, Google Play, or another third-party store, that store's refund policy and timelines may apply alongside ours. We're happy to help either way - contact us and we'll point you in the right direction or handle it directly.

6. Free trial

The 30-day free trial requires no payment details, so there's nothing to refund during that period. If you choose not to subscribe afterward, Pro features simply lock and your local data stays untouched on your device.

7. Non-refundable situations

We reserve the right to decline refund requests in cases of suspected abuse, such as repeated purchase-and-refund cycles clearly intended to access Pro features for free. This is rare and always reviewed by a real person, not an automated system.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our plans or payment processors change. We'll revise the date above whenever we do. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
